In order to process the service orders, the "Company" requires to know the "Website" "User's" basic information and, in the case of Patent Applications, a description or the specifications of the process that is intended to be protected.

The "Company" has determined and established policies regarding information privacy, which represent a clear commitment to the confidentiality needs of the "User". These policies apply to the collection and delivery of any type of information. Accordingly, the "User's" personal information is kept in safe locations, to which only the personnel of the "Company" or its duly-accredited representatives have access to. The information revealed to third parties is restricted to information necessary for complying with the government authority requirements and ruling organizations, and, eventually, with specific instructions emanated from the courts to fulfill the actions requested by the  "User".

The principal objective of the information required is to comply with the services requested by the  "User".

The  "Company" might occasionally establish contact with the "User" with the sole purpose of offering new intellectual property related services. If the  "User" does not wish to receive information from the  "Company", he/she/it can communicate his/her/its will directly via e-mail.

The  "User" declares to know the circumstance that once a request for patent application or document is delivered to the Patent Office, the information contained in the Patent Application becomes public by virtue of law.

2. CONTACT DATA

The "Company" forms demand from the "User" the provision of information about his/her/its personal data, such as name and e-mail address, so the "Company"  is able to perform all the activities related to the contracted services and keep the  "User" informed on the process progress. The  "User's" information  will be treated as confidential. With the aforementioned exception, the information will not be sold, divulged, or transferred.

Registration
In order to use this "Website", you must first complete the registration form.  During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name, email address and phone number). We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest.

We will communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account.
